Your special day is ALL about you! We are here to take care of everything. We'll handle all the setup and act as your day-of coordinator, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and you can simply focus on enjoying your celebration with each other. No need to worry about managing suppliers or making sure everything is on schedule -- just leave it to us!


Ensure timely and accurate receiving of deliveries from suppliers, directing them to designated setup areas.


Greet and attend to guests throughout the event, ensuring key persons like parents and grandparents are well-taken care of. Oversee general cleaning duties, keeping the venue tidy and managing any unexpected issues as they arise.


Set up signage and entertainment options, cue music, and keep the event on schedule according to the run sheet developed with you prior to the event.


Troubleshoot any unforeseen issues, liaising with MCs, entertainers, and suppliers to keep speeches, cake, and other key moments on track. Provide additional support to suppliers as needed, and act as a go-to person for any unforeseen issues that arise on the day, such as forgotten items or unexpected needs.


Something forgotten? more alcohol needed, bouquets left at home - no worries we come to the rescue and are your go-to person for any random little jobs that pop up during the day!


We collaborate with you to create a detailed run sheet/time plan for the day, offering recommendations based on our expertise. We then coordinate with your key suppliers by introducing ourselves via email, establishing ourselves as the point of contact on the day. Additionally, we conduct a thorough cross-check of all documentation to catch any overlooked issues prior to the event and provide feedback to rectify them. Our services include unlimited email correspondence.

As part of our process, we send a link of the run sheet to the key suppliers and send friendly reminders via text the week before the event to ensure clear and consistent communication with all vendors. Moreover, we conduct one site visit or a phone/skype consultation for your coordinator to go through all the details of the event, covering the set-up and timeline plan. This is a great opportunity to handover all the particulars, meet your coordinator, and relax on the evening before your event knowing we have everything under control. (*Please note that occasionally, due to availability, the site visit may be conducted via facetime or phone.)
